I find a KOREAN VTC using Oton mod and no damage mod how do I report it? I Know no damage mod is possible to ban but what about 0 ton mod?

Hi We are TSR KOREA. We are having a problem with invention ban. Our driver has got invention ban for 1month he did not thing on that day but he got banned. The team called BJ AUDI has chaned their steam name to our driver & reported my poor driver we want to fix this ban what should we do to un bann this issue?
