I actually quite like this idea. Granted there hasn't been many situations where I've needed to scroll up, just the occasional tabbed back in and missed a few things. But if it's easy enough to implement, why not?

Rain is not synchronised, the update to the rain I believe was fixing a visual glitch that caused the rain to look badly than it does on Single Player.

^ EU1 is a simulation server, for trucks only. Some users don't want to drive with cars and have been given the choice to connect to a server without them.

If you don't like the cars, go on EU1. Cars cannot be accessed on there as it is the simulation server. EU2 is a freeroam server.

Try this out:

Are you connecting to EU2? The car only works on EU2.

^ The new client is double the size, with a lot of users downloading it at once. Just be patient.
