It's not downloading for me. Is it normal?

Hi guys, sorry if 'im repeating the same topic, but i couldn't find a similar problem in the forum. I downgraded the game yesterday to be able to play on MP. Since today the MP got an update, i decided to update the game again. When it finishes, it says it wouldn' be able to start the game. (Hard Disk Error). I already tried to delete the steamdownloading paste, but still the same error. I already tried to restart steam and the computer, but it didn't work either. I'm already thinking in a refound by them. That's really frustrating. Can someone help me to solve this enigma? EDIT: Nevermind, it's solved. I Reinstalled the game and it worked.
