@NoleJP I used to experience this when I started using TruckersMP MOD. The easiest way to fix this is: whenever you log into the game whether on MP or SP, before you pick any job, try to sleep or use the F7 + Enter option to get to the service station or quick travel from one garage to another. Doing this makes your game come ensync (in-sync) with the server's time because as you may know already, even when you've disconnected from the MOD, the servers are running 24hrs/7 days a week. So sometimes when you log off and log back in it appears as though you are behind time. You'll notice after doing the above options most times your drivers turn out profit showing you they've been working Even though you've disconnected from the server. NOTE: PLEASE DON'T ASK FOR A FIX, WE ALWAYS ADVICE USERS OF THE MOD TO USE A DIFFERENT PROFILE TO THE ONE THEY USE FOR SINGLE PLAYER. IN A SITUATION WHERE YOU CHOOSE TO USE ONE PROFILE FOR BOTH THEN I'M AFRAID YOU JUST HAVE TO LIVE WITH THE CONSEQUENCES WHICH CAN EASILY BE MANAGED.
