The pop-up in bottom right at 0:36 & 0:45 in the video says handbrake on/applied. Try changing the keybind to something you don't use for typing etc or disable it -
Hello if you have backups in your ets2 documents folder [C:\Users\User\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles(1.45.3.0s).bak for example] you choose one from when it was working fine and take the controls.sii file from a profile and paste it into your current profile

Hello You can purchase a caravan for the scout car to take jobs but the pay is very low compared to trucks. To purchase the caravan go to the trailer dealer from menu and select ETS2 Multiplayer tab on left and you can see the caravan - https://imgur.com/JHdFDVK -

Hello do you have the main file "frosty_v9.scs'' in the documents/ETS2MP/mod folder (optional files are ''frosty_heavy_winter_v9'' & ''frosty_no_fog_v9'' & ''frosty_wheels'') Try redownloading them as they may have been corrupted
