  1. I didn't think it was possible to make the C-D road an even more unpleasant place, but this event managed that with flying colours.
  2. Completely agree with your sentiments. The 1.4 Rule seems little more than a cynical attempt at cutting down on the numbers of valid reports that players are able to make. This anti-report attitude from the team here isn't something that's new, TMP of old had explicit rules that meant people who were reporting incidents on the C-D road too frequently were themselves punished. At this point the team has, at least in my eyes, made it crystal clear that they prioritise the player count over the individual experience in-game, which itself is an obvious logical fallacy. Resetting permabans is something that many gaming communities choose to do at one point or another, and when managed properly can drastically help improve the health of a community- but to entirely throw away the concept of a permaban is absolutely bonkers. Whenever I've seen the topic of the rules and reporting system come up over the past 6+ years I've been here, moderators have often pointed out how overwhelmed they are by the reports, but with staff hiring rounds happening so infrequently and bringing in so few new recruits, it's pretty clear that that's actually how the TMP team likes things to be. Pretty sad state of affairs really, but hey ho.
