    ^ It just sends you to the service station. I don't think people would get banned for it, but kicked since they would be blocking or something and need to go to the repair shop.

    US population not so much; but EU yes. I'm from nyc and I play on the EU server fine with about 100 ping so you should give it a try. You wont see any lag.
