  1. Wow - my profile has the number "168" at the end and my content count is 168.

How long have you been waiting to post this? :D:troll:

Well, took me 16 months to reach the 168 post point (if I didn't have this long break I could have reached this point around May - June 2016), and I've been waiting for two hours to post this status update. @Penguin love how you've put the troll face at the end in relation to your reply.

  2. An admin will eventually get to it when he has time. You've got to be patient. Talking about your reports here on the forums won't speed up your processing time of the report. If you want to complain about an admin, you can submit a feedback ticket here: http://truckersmp.com/feedback
  3. Try verifying your game cache and integrity of game files on Steam by going into ETS2 properties and selecting "local files".
  4. Are you also connected to ports 42860, 42880 or 42890? These are the default ports that TruckersMP might definitely connect you to.
  5. There are some things I enjoy about Poland - forested areas and tree and natural tunnels. So Poland feels like it isn't lonely...

Yep, that quiet scene is stereotypical of Going East!, as the good parts of it are being ignored, and the ETS2MP community wants to focus on the scenes over on C-D road, which is located approximately 1,450 game kilometres away from Kosice at the Duisburg end.

or Scandinavia since doubles came out. Some pretty roads are totally empty. I still can't understand why so many ppl are using C-D road...

And some of the cities in the far-eastern part of the map are of significance to Euro Truck Simulator 2 - places like Lublin, Kosice and Debrecen offer 2,000km+ long-distance loads to the UK (if your level is high enough), but the chaos at the C-D area meant that those loads have slowly started to become less popular too with professional truckers, fearing they'll take damage to their trailers.

  6. Then see if you can reinstall singleplayer and the TMP launcher as a matter of last resort.
  7. You could have a look at the spawn logs (by going into Documents\ETS2MP\logs), and see if the Steam name is similar to the TruckersMP name in the log. If that's the case, you could be on the right track, and add that to your reporting evidence. Also, search on the main website in the top right hand corner using the steamid64 (since you say you have it).
  8. Once you have DirectX reinstalled, try running the launcher again to see if the launcher is able to properly run again. If not, you could also reinstall the TMP launcher.
  9. Your username was changed because it contained the name of a politician. If you want to change your name, you should rename your username to something more appropriate and sensible for TruckersMP.
  10. To receive any double trailer jobs, first you must be in or near the Scandinavian DLC area, either by driving there or fast-travelling to a Scandinavian garage (if you have any). Do you have a World of Trucks account? If so, you'll have a wider choice of double trailers to pick up than a standard freight market option. You could also reset your economy if you want to receive jobs anywhere.
  11. 777 rep points - must be your lucky day today!

  12. I have compiled the statistics and found out that approximately 80% of the EU2's population is situated in the non-DLC areas. Going East! DLC is the quietest area, with an average of 1.5% of players currently present there, followed by 2.5% for Vive la France, while approximately 13% of players are present in Scandinavia.

Ohh wow. 1,3% is not much on that big space. Nearly unbelieveable.

wondered about going east, I only bought it a few weeks ago and still haven't seen anyone round there

And it's quite funny when the admins broadcast announcements about overtaking on C-D road or Bergen-Oslo traffic management and you're in the Going East! areas, when you're a one hour drive (in real time) from those areas

  13. EU2 was not designed for long-haul trucking, but it's designed for people to have some fun.

No it's really not. It's designed for you to follow the rules.

OK thanks Nameless, you've cleared up some confusion, why I thought that is because there are some cars on EU2, and there are serious truckers out there on that server.

      Why I thought that?

I have done some long-distance routes to and from danger zones on the map - for example Bergen to Duisburg, Calais to Olsztyn and Malmo to Calais, and I think that you can have some fun by having a challenge.

  14. First, make sure that you are able to run TruckersMP as an administrator and make sure your DNS and anti-virus settings are correct and do not prevent the launcher from starting. Use port 42860 which is one of the ports recognised by TruckersMP to connect. If you haven't upgraded ETS2 yet then do so.
  15. By the way, TruckersMP does not use fatigue simulation when you sleep, so your time left is always frozen at 11 hours. You can go over to single player and enable fatigue simulation, where the time will start ticking on SP, and then come back on MP and do your rest. By the way, you'll reset your economy by doing this. Otherwise, there's not much you can do about it.
  16. Hi,

Have you been to Duisburg on ETS2 Multiplayer yet?

      Positivetrucking168

Heh, maybe to see what's going on at the service station there and the near-daily queue of traffic.

  17. I wonder why I am caught up in strange crashes, because I was involved in one in Trelleborg when a truck without a trailer suddenly crashed on the roundabout on the western side of the port town, with no obvious explanation as to why.

  18. Nie. Musisz miec wersje 64 bit zeby grac na TruckersMP.
  19. If playing music on CB was allowed, we would keep the people at Bergen to Oslo traffic control entertained! (not encouraging people to break TruckersMP rules)

OK, thanks for your opinion admin, great to hear from you! I have slightly changed my mind on this because we don't want people across the map having to say "STOP IT!" to the music!

    3. Dr_Dog

      Dr_Dog

also everybody has different music taste

    4. Positivetrucking168

And it's always interesting that when report clips relating to music/singing on CB show up there are no other trolls around except for the guy playing the music on CB.

  20. Are you sure that there is an error with the Skoda in MP? Try playing on EU2 in Multiplayer and see if you can produce any errors if you try to buy or select the Skoda.
  21. If the game is family shared, then ATS will not show up on their own profile, and therefore will need their own copy of ATS. In addition she will need to log two hours of ATS using her own profile with the game listed before she can use ATSMP.
  22. If you are uploading a video to YouTube, your bandwidth will be partially used, so as a result you'll have higher ping when you play the game. When I play TMP during my video upload, it jumps to the region of 200 to 400ms. Wait until your upload has finished and then you can play TMP with your normal ping. Ping can also depend on the reliability of the internet connection that you are using. I'll give you a rough ping chart for distant locations based on EU servers (South America - 220 to 350ms, East Coast of USA - 80ms to 180ms, West Coast of USA - 140ms to 260ms, Asia - 200ms to 350ms, Indonesia/Oceania 270ms to 450ms). Also, reroute your connection to the port that TruckersMP supports.
  23. If you want to report a user, get the /pinfo or ID from spawn log. When you report someone, others (except for IGAs and you) can neither see your report nor the perpetrators' TMP ID.
  24. For now, avoid taking a double trailer job to Gedser until this is solved, and if you want to take a load to Gedser, for now go for a single trailer. Alternatively there are plenty of other places in Scandinavia where you can pick up and deliver double trailers.
  25. Anyways, I have found another alternative if you're not going to Duisburg and want to avoid the area of the four cluster cities - use the same route mentioned up until you get to the border with Germany, where you exit onto the A61 northbound (which becomes the A73 at the border with the Netherlands). The A73 passes underneath the Calais-Duisburg road a few kms down the road but keep going north on the A73 and then turn off onto the A1 eastbound and cross back into Germany.
