With race you mean transport, right? If you exit multiplayer meanwhile you have a job and come back later it will be late. Reason is that server's time keeps going. How to avoid this? Only take trailers you can transport without quiting during the transport.

Do you have any active mods? Some kind of trailer mod, if it appears everytime you try to take a job. -

I think you mean your friend cannot login in to multiplayer, right? Has your friend added steam account to multiplayer account? Also, when you log in you need to copy your email from elsewhere, because it won't allow you to type @-sign.

When I started using parking brake, I got rid of this problem. Always remember to use it. I also switch gear to N, because otherwise if you accidentally throttle the parking brake will allow the truck to move little.

Only repair part I've found is from Asia and shipping it costs ridiculous amount of money compared to it's size.

When you're driving at Rotterdam with no problem and then whole pc suddenly freezes... I hope nothing bad happen in game as I had no control of it.

(I hope I don't get warned cause of spamming) Also it's possible that to teleport your friend goes to single player and after teleporting switches back to multiplayer. In this case I have good news for you. Your friend isn't a hacker. Yay! If there is "a trick" for doing the teleporting when in multiplayer that means it's exploiting and not allowed.

Teleporting using console isn't possible in multiplayer (think about what mess would it make and how trolls would abuse it), but you can quick travel between cities where your garages are. You need to have an imported profile which has garage in every city. Also there is nothing wrong with your F9 so don't hurt your keyboard. It's not her fault!

I think you can fix no jobs also by simply sleeping. (works for me) 1.You can to single player and set time forward by using console. Type in for example g_set_time 13 to set time forward. When you set it forward enough you'll be tired. 2. Then go back to multiplayer and sleep. After this you should have jobs again. You can skip step 1. if you already are tired. Getting jobs back using these steps shouldn't place you to home garage.
