    Make sure the correct install directory for MP is selected properly.

    You need to click ETS2 in your Steam Library > Right click and select properties > Click Betas Tab > Select 1.12.1 > It will update > Then you will compatible for ETS2MP.

    You can't exactly create a paint pattern/scheme. You have to use the pre-added schemes that are available in the Paint Shop. You can create custom colors with the color board.

    Check to see if you check marked scandinavia dlc in the dlc checklist in your steam library.

    I had this problem about 2 months ago, I uninstalled ETS2 and ETS2MP. Resinstalled both again and ETS2MP was working just as it should,
