Snow Mode will be added closer to christmas. Maybe with the France DLC. No announcement has been made yet. When it comes to TMP Devs they know how to give the players a festive time so they will most likely add the Snow Mode in December.

I believe the Devs are waiting for Viva La France DLC to Launch and all the mods to update to be compatible with it then they will add it to Truckers MP though this is only speculation as @1nYX said no Official announcement has been  made in regards to Winter Mod for Truckers MP other than it will be added when they are ready

You really need to be cleaning it out waaay before then lol, I usually give mine a full clean every 3 months
