I'd honestly have to say it's useless in a sense of how the Multiplayer works currently. With un-synced weather, there isn't any point in using it to ask what the weather is like up ahead. With the lack of people currently using the CB radio, no one uses it to inform other divers on the road of something happening ahead. Instead, the only thing I've ever heard the CB Radio used for is convoys or just trolling in general. I'm not sure if there is a way we could better implement the CB radio, but right now it's only use would have to be for convoys that don't have something like Discord or TeamSpeak.

Generally, look at it like this. TruckersMP is a community owned project and not a Company Owned project. So they don't really have set deadlines and they have a smaller workforce than a company would have. So it will take a bit of time longer than usual, and also they won't really have a deadline publicly announced. But it's not bad. Generally this allows the community to have a better testing phase to ensure that most if not all of the bugs are ironed out before the release of the next update. So far, the reliability for this community to release the next update when they feel it's good to go has been relatively quicker than most other similar community projects. Personally, I've been a fan of each and every Map DLC SCS has released so far for ATS. Sure some change will need to be made here and there, as is the cycle of development. Truly each map addition has looked beautiful, and been nearly a close replica of each state so far. They impressed me with the New Mexico DLC, as I have in the past frequently traveled through New Mexico, and it provides almost a sense of nostalgia seeing certain towns where I'd expect them and seeing each aspect of the state appropriate to what they should be. I'm excited for the Baltic and Oregon DLC has SCS has yet to disappoint me.

Do you by chance have a short .gif of what is happening or perhaps a recording as this can greatly increase the chances of understanding what is happening. And if possible, I recommend following this guide then taking the .gif or video if it happens again.
