    New VTC system is out

    Hello Truckers!

    Virtual Trucking Companies are at the heart of the TruckersMP world, and today we have some exciting news to share with you! Recently, our developers have been working on a fully integrated Virtual Trucking system within the TruckersMP network. After numerous weeks of testing and tweaking, we are happy to announce the introduction of our brand new Virtual Trucking Company system!

    What is a Virtual Trucking Company?

    A Virtual Trucking Company (VTC) is a roleplay concept developed by the community to add to the simulation experience of the game. You can find out more about VTC’s here: https://truckersmp.com/knowledge-base/article/328

    What features does the new system have?

    Within our VTC system, not only are you able to run your VTC in a professional manner but also you can apply to various companies by submitting an application. Some of the features of the system include:

    • Customisable roles and ranks
    • VTC information, rules and requirements
    • Links to social media, including Discord.
    • Ability to choose which game(s) you support.
    • Ability to blacklist users from your VTC.
    • Ability to post news and announcements.
    • Verified status for your VTC.
    • Ability to open and close recruitment and view applicants.
    • Having a company being featured on the main page.

    How can I get my VTC verified, are there any requirements?

    In order for your VTC to have the verified status, there are certain requirements your Virtual company must meet, these are all detailed in an article found here: https://truckersmp.com/knowledge-base/article/325

    Please remember that we have the right to remove a VTC from the system if you fail to meet the requirements after your VTC has been accepted and added to the site.

    Please note, having your VTC verified is subject to your VTC meeting these rules and is discretionary by TruckersMP Community Managers.

    This system has been carefully designed in order to suit both VTC management as well as drivers and regular players. The system will develop over time to receive new features so stay tuned.

    Droga do Symulacji - nowe serwery TruckersMP

    Czytałem całą dyskuje. Słowa krytyki zostały przyjęte natomiast zmiany nie nastąpią co do decyzji jakie podjęliśmy. Kierujemy się w stronę symulacji i postanowiliśmy podjąć takie kroki a nie inne i jest to zrozumiałe że będą osoby którym to będzie pasować zarówno osoby którym to będzie przeszkadzało. Mogą zajść lekkie zmiany co do tego Ale nie drastyczne. Sugestie są zawsze mile widziane, jak i dyskusja na ten temat. Musieliśmy podjąć następne kroki aby było nam łatwiej wprowadzić rzeczy w przyszłości nad którymi team pracuje.

    Official TruckersMP Discord guild rework

    Hello Truckers! :truck:

    Our public discord guild has been refreshed. Having realised that our Discord was not the easiest to communicate around, we decided to create some magic, and make it more user-friendly by automating the synchronisation process of your TruckersMP account with your Discord account. Along with that, many channels have been rewritten. They should now contain clearer useful information, and with some newly written bots, joining ranks should now be easier. Our Discord server serves the purpose of communication between fellow truckers and most importantly getting information about TruckersMP right from the source! Since we have been partners with Discord for quite some time, we decided to use some of the perks that they made available to us.

    List of changes

    • Created the above described verification process
    • Reworked some channels such as #discord-suggestions, #roles or #request-group
    • Rewritten #welcome (you can subscribe various channels by using available reactions)
    • Added new channels (#connect-truckersmp, #truckersmp-status, #stream-announcements and more!)
    • Added a role for subscribing live streams
    • Added claimable roles just by reacting
    • Channels have been reorganised
    • Changed position of roles so it is easier for you to find the correct person for contact
    • Edited various and outdated emojis
    • Created the vanity URL - https://discord.gg/truckersmp
    • Created a new open source bot for reaction roles - Botranktir

    If you are a new user and you are interested in being a part of our Discord guild, follow instructions in above mentioned knowledge base article to connect your account!
    Joining language and other available roles is as easy as clicking on a flag or role's emote, for example by clicking on :flag_pl: in #roles you gain access to #polish channel.

    TruckersMP Survey

    Dear Truckers,

    Asking the community what they think about TruckersMP is an essential part of helping us to review what we do and how we plan for the future. A survey was conducted in August 2018. That survey gave a useful snapshot of what the community life is like at TruckersMP today. The Community Survey was open to all but focused mainly on public view on certain teams within TruckersMP. There were 4006 entries.

    This survey has been put together to access the community view on TruckersMP and to ask about people’s direct experience of services and aspects of their views. You encounter and use it, we want to know how we are doing and where we can improve!
