    Hello good morning! I'd try verifying the game files and upgrading the game to beta and try using this, if the issue persists completely remove the game and install it again(mulitiplayer) and let me know how this goes thanks Gareth

    If you're able to provide us with the exact issues at present there isn't any problem with the connection to the server from what the screenshot is showing is it static or just asking about the message showing ? Thanks Gareth
