Hey beimingyouyu, When they are active in the game, you can find their location using the TruckersMP Map page. However, If you are friends on Steam and they are active in the game, you can use the /follow command.

You can quickly find it by using this link: https://map.truckersmp.com/?follow=123456 (I just typed random numbers there but you can replace that part with the TMPID to directly find their location on the map as long as they are in game of course)

It is not possible to view or share a player's information with only TMPID information. Players' location information is not shared with third parties. Privacy and security policies are not shared with third parties.
