Maybe a solution can be, addind the same amount of slots for EU1 or EU3, so maybe EU2 peoples will decrease and reports from that server too. As trolls doesn't like to drive on EU1, a less amount of report you will receive. Maybe?

It isn't rocket science indeed, but there is still people which are either impatient, doesn't care, or find enjoyment by seeing others reaction. Trolls will be everywhere, even if the server only has 200 players on. I've found some on some roads that were not the infamous Calais-Duisburg road, but generally barely anything happens on some of the quietest roads I drove on.

Rules that doesn't make sense, no one is crashing if someone change paint job. Using two company's paint job seems like you must deliver 2 cargo in 2 different places.

if you play MP just look on other trucks , nearly everyone has a bumpers with lights , no matter which truck is it

I dont have pictures of other trucks from MP , and cannot have any at the moment as IM banned for wrong Player tag , 

but trust me I dont have to choose scania or daf to have these lights , not all bumpers have that option but lots of them , for daf , iveco or renault too, just click on bumper when you upgrade your truck , you should usualy have 2- 6 small dots ,and you can attach lights

@DJ Jefferz It's completely pitch black, almost unplayable in some cases.

I thought this was just something for the Hallow Haul event yesterday, but it appears to be on all servers. But point is that it worked great during the convoy, because nobody was overtaking and not really any traffic coming the opposite way. But on regular servers this would be an issue. They forced headlights between 21:00 - 05:00(9 PM - 5 AM) for a reason. Adding this pitch blackness completely contradict the reason for that. 

nope, the traffic lights are needed in  single player because of bots.

Is the multiplayer who doesn't have bots, so you don't need traffic lights there.

I don't know if is hard to just turn them off or let them on flashing yellow.

I really hope.. I know many players doesn't care but for me, it's just so annoying xD

I think no winter mod has been released with Baltics DLC too. If they use the same, there will be winter everywere but not inside baltics DLC.

Unfortunately you need to edit the save by yourself. I don't know other methods right now. Maybe someone else.

The rules state that save editing is completely forbidden ok doubles. It doesn't make any sense, but that's what the rules say

I didn't said "yellow light is useless", are useless traffic lights on a one-way junction..

Make a report and one of our Game Moderators will give you the answer.

I did, and the answer was: "This user seems to be following road rules and fairly safely. This makes me feel this is a bug where the user does not see other users although appears to be hacking.
Therefore due to it not definitely hacking, I cant ban this user."

I think it could be a good idea, but it should only apply for certain reasons. Additionally, it should come together with the ability to report a player multiple times, because I don't think it's necessary to put a player in ghost mode for 1h just because one player reported him
