Hi, DjaniInGame! The ways I re-populate my Job Market is normally by either sleeping (which I see you've already tried) or by hitting F7 + ENTER. If that solution isn't working, maybe looking through the below forum post where the user had the same issue as yourself may yield some results I hope this resolves your issue

^ That is entirely their fault though. Mini map shows oncoming traffic. Not just that, but you should always wait for the user to f7 + enter or report them insane and an administrator will be along a.s.a.p to kick / ban the offending user. If all of that isn't enough, then other trucks spawn on your screen with plenty of breaking distance. This was totally justified in my opinion.

That's because AI traffic is removed due to the massive server load it causes to keep them in sync for all players. It will be the same on ATSMP.
