I don't think anyone would expect the truck to cross the road like that...
-
It seems that setting weight_distribution value to "spreader" fixes that high speed oscillation issue in the caravan. By the way, why would someone expect for caravan to stay stable while driving 110 km/h with it?
-
Out of curiosity I wanted to compare how the vehicle behaves in case if you slam on the brake while turning in either direction. Here's 1.35:
Here's 1.39:
Someone was mentioning on Discord server that such unexpected grip increase issue was occurring in 1.35 as well.

If I recall right, default, which is also max stability, was halved at some point, now it's 0,5 was 1,0 before, not sure how exactly this works (guess it shifts center of gravity somewhat), but in general, trucks are less stable at maximum setting now, than in older versions. Was it after 1.35, or before?
Whats your "g_truck_stability" parameter in both versions?
Also, stiffness of the suspension plays a role.
IMO, 1.39 is far more realistic, turning like that would cause you to g on 2 wheels and flip, not slide like sports car, many small cars and SUVs would do that too, I think.

Well, my truck went flying today...
-
One time while I was playing on ProMods server as I was browsing through the cargo market I've got this unexpected message on the voice chat:
-
It's been 19 years since the World Trade Center attack in 2001. When I saw one of the towers being hit by a hijacked airplane, I couldn't believe that such attack could even happen. We should give respect to all the victims, who died on that day.

That's one of my older videos. Basically there's extremely close call with Winter Mod.
-
It never fails to amaze me how people insist on " speed & power " with that mod & wonder why they loose control & end up in going from the cd road to south poland in 5 seconds as a result! In terms of realism its pretty accurate of what would happen irl except in game your not facing murder charges for the family whos house you just obliterated

Apparently the update with fully rebuilt Genoa Bridge is supported, as seen on the following video. If you haven't updated the game yet, you may see something quite unusual when someone drives on the rebuilt bridge...
-
Even outside of TruckersMP you have to watch out of reckless drivers...
-
That's one strange lag/desync - the truck was somehow "detached" from the trailer for a while.
-
TMP6 Freeroam server still needs trailer for /fix command, also speed limit seems to be reduced to 80/150 km/h
-
Well, I've captured what exactly happened when you were AFK back in Las Vegas on TMP6 ATS convoy... (Look on right lower corner of the video)
-
Making such maneuver in front of heavy truck is very reckless... If I was driving that cyan Volvo on the left, I would take alternative route to get to the destination autobahn instead of cutting at least 2 lanes at once...
-
As with every major update I should expect the "non-supported version" notification at any time soon... 1.37 was just released for ATS.
-
Well, for some reason after you close ETS2 1.37 open beta, Steam client will still think that the game is still running despite of the fact that the game process is no longer running. Has anyone got that small inconvenience?
-
I'm sure this shouldn't ever happen... https://prnt.sc/rx68xo
Before you ask: DirectX 9 support was removed in 1.36 and it can't be selected since that version was released.
-
That drift was kinda unexpected...
-
It looks like someone has hired sorcerer to Dortmund's quarry - I've got Schwarzmuller lowbed trailer floating quite far above the ground.
-
Well, during my high speed run to Berlin on Arcade server, something went horribly wrong...
-
Sat Nav be like " *beep* it, i give up "....Seriously though, that's insane! Its why i say the physics should be banned to Arcade only because that can happen at low speed too & you literally have no control over it. @NoTime4name Whats worse is he only stopped because the truck hit a tree i think, meaning it would have carried on until it went through the map lol!

It looks like someone was a bit too much used to writing "Windows 10" when making this tweet...
