That isn't so bad, when compared to excessive amount of strobe lights on one truck. Such save edit can cause major rhythmical FPS drop every time these strobes are flashing all at once. That can cause issues, especially when someone is tailgating you very aggressively at the same time.  

West Balkans is required for this map to work. In manifest.sii file of mod, the creator can define DLC dependencies and West Balkans DLC is one of them. 

Have you pressed the ℹ button on the Prefabs entry of RPM Map? The game will tell you what you're missing. The Special Transport DLC addon for the map can be ignored if you don't own that DLC.

You might try to validate game content. Corrupted game files will cause issues ranging from graphical glitches to game crashes.

I've got AdGuard adblocker and I haven't got any pop-up regarding the adblock being detected while watching YouTube. 

I'm sure that there are tons of reports from Calais, Duisburg, Calais-Duisburg road and Calais intersection. Driving behavior does influence the amount of reports in the player reporting system, regardless of the location. I'm sure that the report system load will drop once everyone starts driving properly. Sadly, this goal is quite difficult to achieve. 

The behavior of the transmission depends on the mode of operation.

On anything else than "Simple automatic", the vehicle will simply coast. On H-Shifter mode, to get vehicle to coast, either hold clutch pedal, or change the gear to neutral.

It's the Simple Automatic transmission mode, which can suddenly cause vehicle to stop if the engine suddenly shuts down for any reason. 

Due to such annoying behavior on engine failure, I've described that transmission mode as one being the simplest way to cause accidents.

It's not the vehicle, which causes the trouble. The issue is related to whoever was driving the vehicle. 

On the report page there's load counter in upper right corner of the area. All you need to have is patience. 

Also, the "Cannot initialize client core" error has the text and dialog box title swapped. MessageBox function's 2nd and 3rd parameter are for the message text and dialog box title respectively. The whole message cannot be read, since you can't resize the error message.
