I recall doing the front bumper, and it didn't do anything ;3 the bottom light is called fog light as far as I know.

As others said, it's done via save editing, or optionally, you can use green light mod for mp. Sadly, there's no way to change the color of it. Or else I'd put it in pink xD

I wonder if it's possible to make it black by adding the accessory like 100 times
