From what I see, the traffic management team is just players who can help if there is a large traffic problem by warning and directing players or closing lanes in case of a player blocking but they don’t have admin powers that could be used in the wrong way. It also reduces the priority for a admin to get there ASAP

Hello, just wanted to suggest something that would improve the game. A few days ago there was a player blocking the dual lane road out of Calais which sat there for at least 20 minutes and at least 50 people reported them but there was no admin around to ban/kick/teleport them to unblock. I would suggest to have a traffic management team (who cannot ban/kick/teleport players) who drive specialised trucks with large screens and flashing arrows (example below)to help direct traffic if there is an accident whilst waiting for an admin to take action.
