    does anyone no why rotter dam get so laggy ?  when it to much people or is it like my laptop cant handle or what is it ?

      It's due to the population of the city. There are over 70+ people there at peak times, and will make most, if not all, computers lag a little. The weaker pc you have the more you will notice lag.

      ah ok thanks for let me no i'm just kinda wonder in why my laptop was doing these slow and lags at same time and people always report me when i did nothing they just report me for whatever i did but now i can see why people do that . might have bad ping thin but thanks again to let me no why it lag
