I'm getting the same. When is EU1 to be fixed?

Server 2 is dead compared to Server 1. At first it was busy because of it being a newly created server but now when I go on the game after work I always see Server 1 being the most populated whereas Server 2 is only 100.

I'm not expecting 24/7 game moderators but a team or a person that is on a shift to ensure the game is looked after and it helps if the person is from another country. If you're going to create a position that is similar to a part-time job then why not start adding shifts? Or better yet make your application easier to fill as you may have people like myself or better who is willing to jump on when told or plays more often to look after the game. It'd be interesting to know where exactly these game moderators are based to determine the time they would most likely come on because I've been on the game at 1AM or 2AM and see no sight of an admin. In general, there are some dedicated people out there that would put in their time to ensure everyone is having an enjoyable experience. I simply find this application to be discouraging and decreases the volume of game moderators are on. It's like you don't want any. I do understand the purpose of the requirements, but again, they're too strict.

Curious to ask as you'll never know - I'm interested in the Game Moderator position and would like to apply but the formatting screams part-time job, which I'm not interested in devoting all my time to. I'm hoping there's some leeway or a step-down position? I'm only interested in analysing reports, attending to incidents ingame or via a report system, and making a final decision to act on the said incident. The fact I need to know EU/US law, be active on the forum or Discord, socialise, etc-etc is all too much. Most of the time I jump on the game daily spending 1-2 hours truckin' to get my fix, and when something happens I wanna be there in the act to help. There have been times when I'm playing and I report someone or something is happening and there is no moderator in sight which bothers me greatly. So, hey? Why not me or make the process easier and get more moderators.
