    If you do external contracts then iyou are not allowed to go faster than 90km/h . Also make sure you are on a server which has no speed limit, ( Example: EU #2 )

    Cheat engine can set you back. But alternatively you could take out loans and then pay them off by doing jobs.

    Make sure your not on VPN

    Run ets2mp as administrator. Right click on the icon and press run as administrator.

    You won't loose the money. You could use cheat engine to reset your money.

    It might be caused by a mod. Also if there's been an update it will do that.
