Honestly, I think SirTrapSG has got it spot on here. If you've been banned, it was probably for a good reason. Staff members of TMP should know what the rules are and how to follow them and being able to do this consistently for 12 months would prove that you are a responsible person to hire into that staff role.
I don't think ramming, blocking, or reckless driving are legal anywhere in the world. It should be obvious that those rules should be followed, and other rules are often kickable offences due to how minor they are.
It would be against the rules, but in a situation like this they normally only kick unless they've also rammed someone. Its quite annoying since its never usually an accident when people do this, and it never usually ends well either.
Yeah definitely. The first thing I thought about was stream snapping, which would leave the sniper and the streamer, usually alone or with a couple of other viewers. Noone else to report. I can see that becoming an issue HOWEVER, the current issue of barely any reports getting looked at is probably bigger.
It should still fall under §2.1 - Hacking/Bug/Feature abusing
In fact, the rule even includes: "Misusing features such as ghost mode to cause damage to others while connecting to the servers."
