  1. Hello there!

    The suggestion in question was to implement "Road events" as already exists in offline mode. When you drive in singleplayer, you can experience these Road Events, as there are accidents where police, ambulances, firefighters, and various scenes appear randomly as you drive along the route. I would like exactly the same thing to happen with TruckersMP because all of this is also part of driving, and as a player, I enjoy the gaming experience more if this were enabled in TruckersMP.

    Logically, it would have to be outside of CD road, outside of CD road! I already see everyone saying it would cause a lot of chaos. Not because this would have to appear on absolutely every road excluding CD road. I don't know, as well it's a good measure to encourage driving in other areas, either you drive outside of CD road, or you won't see road events hahaha.

    When I do a route, I always try to make very long routes, I love long trips, and if I can do a 1800 km route, better than 1500 km haha. But I always, always make a detour to go through CD road, I like to interact with drivers, and well, it's a nice area where there are many kilometers with a lot of real drivers.

    When you go outside of those areas, it's nice to see Road Events while you're not yet at your destination.

    I hope the idea is clearer now,

    Regards ^^

  2. Thank you for sharing this suggestion. I completely agree with the idea and believe it would enhance the realism of the multiplayer experience. Having weather conditions for all players, regardless of their individual settings, would contribute to a more cohesive and immersive gameplay environment.

    Personally, I don't like driving a truck in the rain and suddenly being overtaken by another truck on the CD road at 110 km/h as if nothing happened hahaha

  3. As other users have said, some people see the simulator as just a game, many of them don't even know how to drive correctly. If anyone is unlucky enough to encounter someone like that on the road, making a report is the best way to positively contribute to the community. Even with taking appropriate measures, there will likely still be people who break the rules. In a perfect world, this might not happen, but unfortunately, we live in a world where there are many different personalities. The game is open and anyone can enter, which is why there is a reporting system to report these incidents. Many measures could be taken, but there would still be people breaking the rules.

    Regards!

  4. It could be good, possibly easier and faster. However, the current reporting system fulfills its function adequately. You can report both in-game and on the website. If you do it in-game, the moderators who are online can see it immediately, while if you do it through the website, it usually takes a little longer, but you make sure action is taken.

    Regards!

    This is a nice idea but I think it will create more chaos on the d-c road. In this way, there may be more accidents and traffic may increase but if it can happen somewhere else other than the d-c road, people can gather there.

    Yes! For that I said to put this type of events in other locations, not CD road.

    Regards!!

  6. I believe that the C-D road already has a lot of things to keep adding more. Currently, the area with the most traffic is undoubtedly the CD road. If my idea is added in other locations, perhaps we can encourage driving in other areas as well. Honestly, driving in the same place bores me.

    Best regards!

    Good idea, but you'd better apply for more real events throughout each year.
    This is a good example of a possible event (which would require most TMP staff to participate), but it should be possible to create it. Let's say the story is the following: Once upon a time
    Once a winter was ending, the legendary road between Calais and Duisburg was filled with potholes and other strange creations caused by melting snow. The road was therefore closed and the following inspection led to the urgent need to administer massive road infrastructure repairs. The CD community was able and ready to assist in the efforts to restore their favorite place to spend time and so the work began. There was a lot of machinery and goods to deliver. The time that passed did not wait for anyone. "TruckersMP" road maintenance crews began putting together a tortuous three-phase plan, each with its own challenges and requirements.
    I. Phase one: weeks 1 and 2 IRL
    1. From Klagenfurt Tradeaux  to the city of Duisburg in BCP  via the panoramic Austrian Alps -> bulldozers; articulated haulers; excavators; compactors and rollers; Wheel loaders and loaders [Volvo pack included] (the 1st week) had begun their long journey towards the ruined road. From Hannover Stein Bruch via Kassel to Duisburg (the beginning of the old road construction) stones, sand and gravel are supplied constantly (lasts both weeks).
    2. In the second week, mobile cranes and asphalt milling machines were needed, so everyone had to deliver them from Lublin, Poland, LKW to the Duisburg construction site*. This lasted 2 to 4 days. II. Phase 2 - weeks 3 and 4 IRL 1. From Hannover and Stuttgart

    Stein Bruch on the national road to Cologne, a new shipment of stones, sand and gravel is delivered to the new location of the A73 and the overpass (lasts both weeks). From Riga NCH some concrete railings and centerers will be delivered to site #1 from Duisburg and by the end of week 4 the texture of the road between sites 1 and 2 will have taken on a darker tone.
    2. Unfortunately, the flyover bridge had suffered some minor damage due to melting snow and now some concrete and cement beams are needed. The player can obtain both from Nice, France, at Lisette Logistics (available for a brief period in the third week as a special delivery mission; could bring an achievement or be half of one);
    3. Week 4 brings a new set of challenges as the bridge over the river collapsed while a bulldozer was crossing => a bulldozer was lost in the wild, but its operator survived the ordeal. Work will resume shortly as some resources need to be delivered again. From Nice, France, at Lisette Logistics you can take the second batch of Concrete and Cement Beams (this is how you get the second half of the achievement; delivery lasts in a short period of no less than 24 hours).

    3.1. Some new premises criticized for deliveries of railings and concrete centering for the site on the A73 (week 4 only). Additional locations are:
    - Railings from Kalmar, Sweden in GNT;
    - Concrete centering of Genova Transporti Mediteraneo;
    - This time soil and sand are needed and can be delivered from Nuremberg RTLog.

    4. At the end of week 4, the road texture changes to a darker tone and the section from Duisburg to the A1 opens.
    III. Last phase: weeks 5 and 6 IRL. A change is needed and Site 3 is moved to Calais. Therefore, every machinery and equipment delivered to Duisburg during the first three weeks must be moved to Calais. Players will only have to drive on land. This means that the new old road can be used again until the A1 and then players will be rerouted via Brussels and Lille. Gravel and stones are continually supplied to the largest deposits in Calais from France, Spain, Italy and Germany. The new location for France is in Limoges and for Spain in O Barco (the mines).
    1. From Bastia GNT  via Calvi some concrete railings and centerers will be delivered to the Calais site for finishing touches.

    2. In week 5, the delivered equipment must be moved to new locations:
    - for machinery in Bacau, Romania, at Brawen Transport;
    - the extras in green text are for Bijelo Pole, Montenegro at Euro Goodies.

    3. The last section acquires a darker texture and the path opens.
    This concludes the event and players could receive some type of reward, such as a paint job.

     I don't mean that type of events

    Hello @Chema9,

    This is a great suggestion.

    Do you have any map areas in mind that you would like to see this happen around?

    Hello @Kye.

    Thank you for answering, I've just seen this post after quite some time.

    At the moment, I'm not certain about which points on the map would be suitable for these events, but it's clear that they cannot be on CD road. They would have to be in other locations, and it would also encourage driving in other areas of the map, not just on CD road.

    From my part, your suggestion lacks too much information. Do you want the game itself to place police cars, crashed cars, and all that wherever necessary or what you want is actually for the administrators to do this because we're talking about wanting to add this type of event on the road, but the problem is that we don't really know what you want perfectly.

    I believe my suggestion has been quite clear: to have road events at different points on the map, not necessarily on CD road. It doesn't matter if it's organized by the Staff or the game itself, that's simply my idea. I enjoy seeing these types of events while driving

  10. Hello!

    At first glance, it may convey distrust, but I imagine these are the type of drivers who don't want others to cause damage to their truck, and I suppose they do it to warn other drivers that they will be reported if they do something wrong. Personally, if someone does something wrong, I report it and that's it. I don't make a point of showcasing it. There are all kinds of personalities on the road, just like in life

    Regards!

  11. Hi there!

    Thank you for sharing this suggestion. Adding real-time traffic information to the entire C-D Road would indeed enhance the realism of our virtual trucking experience. It's important for players to stay informed about traffic conditions to improve safety and efficiency on the road.

    I fully support this idea and encourage the community to consider its implementation. It would undoubtedly add depth and immersion to our journeys on the C-D Road.

    Best regards
