I think I know what you mean, To add it to your truck, you need Special Transport DLC, it contains the orange lights can blink. you can add it in repair station. Another solution is save edit, it don't need Special Transports DLC, but don't put too much lights to your truck by this method. There have a srceenshot, when you have a Sprcial Transport DLC, you will find it in Front Grille accessory, and it named "LED strobe". Wish it can helpful for you!

Hello, It's Issue with reshade and DirectX 11. Quoted from the offical Discord Support channal pinned message,more information can be found in here : 1.Download is available in: https://github.com/mwl4/prism_default_depth_stencil_view_patch/releases Download the correct version of prism_default_depth_stencil_view_patch.dll (according to your game version) 2. Copy paste prism_default_depth_stencil_view_patch.dll into <Game installation directory>\bin\win_x64\plugins\ If plugins directory does not exist, then simply create it. You can also go to Steam, right click on your game -> Properties -> Installed Files -> Browse Then Windows Explorer will be opened in game installation directory, go to bin, then win_x64, then plugins (if does not exist, create it), put prism_default_depth_stencil_view_patch.dll in here. 3. Run the game. This should solve your issue.
