I am referring to the 6-month rule that applies to event dates. I believe this rule should be removed because it has caused controversy among Turkish VT users. I felt compelled to post about this issue on the forum to represent the voice of Turkish VTC users.

In some cases, I feel that this rule can be a bit restrictive for active and well-organized teams. Many VTCs become active and organized long before the 6-month period is completed. They regularly run convoys, have active communities, and are capable of planning proper events. However, because the 6-month requirement is not met, they are unable to host official events, which can be discouraging. Instead of focusing only on a fixed time requirement, it might be better to consider activity and organization as well. Teams with regular convoy history, enough participants, and a clear event plan could be given more flexibility. Another option could be allowing new teams to host a limited or trial event before the 6 months are completed. This way, event quality can still be maintained while also encouraging active teams to contribute to the community. It could lead to a more active and diverse event scene overall.
