Sometimes -even if you are not aware of it- your ping can go up to over 2000ms. And when this happens your average Ping goes up. And when that average number hit the maximum amount of ping allowed on the server you will get kicked of from it.
So instead of going on the same server again try to use another server which might be closer to the location where you live.

When you open your tab menu you first need to right click. Then a yellow cursor will appear which you can use in your tab menu.
