Well with winter mod the story is different then with other mods. The winter mod has been used before in the MP version. And well it just needed to be there for the winter season.

Well you could use any trailer you want. But if you don't have Scandinavia DLC you wont be able to be at the start. Cause the event starts in Oslo. @dukesofhaddock

Are you sure you were driving on EU2 and not EU1 or another server?

First make sure you are on EU2 and not on EU1. Cause on EU1 you can't drive cars unless you are an admin. Then you should be fine with adding the Pilot light on your car. THis is also the only thing you can add as player. And you can take every paintjob except the Police paint.

Well there is no points in adding this. Bans are way more effective. If you for example Ban somebody for 2 days. Then that person has 2 days to think about what he did wrong and that he should not do that kind of stuff again. Whilst if you give somebody penalty points they still can do whatever they want.

Well if you just want to sit there and watch somebody driving you might aswell just use Teamviewer or watch the stream of that person on Steam

[Too much ping.]

Sometimes -even if you are not aware of it- your ping can go up to over 2000ms. And when this happens your average Ping goes up. And when that average number hit the maximum amount of ping allowed on the server you will get kicked of from it.

 

So instead of going on the same server again try to use another server which might be closer to the location where you live.
