Hello ResTed, Thank you for taking your time into submitting your suggestion to us. I have reviewed your suggestion that you have submitted to us and spoken about it to my colleagues. We have elaborated together about this suggestion and we have come to the conclusion that we do understand your point but do not see enough reason to implement it into the TruckersMP website. This is because of several reasons: We receive quite a lot of feedback tickets that are either false complaints or simply to ask us an obvious question. About 90% of the feedback tickets that we receive on a daily basis are false complaints and simple/obvious questions. We want to avoid any possible spam we might receive within the feedback system. Users can request us to move their ticket to a different category whenever they like. We can forcefully close a ticket if we deem this to be necessary and thereby allowing users to create a new ticket again without them having to wait for their old ticket to close. This is only if we deem this to be necessary. Otherwise we can simply move categories of it. Because of these reasons will I be declining your suggestion. If you would click on someone in your tab menu you will see a ? emote pop-up. If you click on this they will be muted for you and you cannot hear them on the CB radio anymore. I hope this helps. Hello, Thank you for taking your time into submitting your suggestion to us. I have reviewed your suggestion but sadly I will be declining it. This is because we are unable to support VR yet. This is because there is a huge different between the game code of regular Euro/American Truck Simulator (2) and the VR version. If we would create VR Support for TruckersMP then we would have to force everyone to wait twice as long for TruckersMP to be supporting the latest version because we would have to update the regular game code as well the VR version. Because of this have we decided it's not ideal to implement VR Support to TruckersMP. Because of this reason will I be rejecting your suggestion. Hello, Thank you for taking your time into submitting your suggestion to us. I have read your suggestion but I will sadly be declining it. I understand your frustration that you are experiencing when it comes to your reports being handled slow. I do want you to understand that all of our game moderators are volunteer workers that do everything in their own spare time. We give them as much space as they need for them to handle the reports in an appropriate matter and within a reasonable time frame. Of course sometimes it takes a bit longer than a couple of days for us to process your reports. This is because we sometimes get overflown with reports on the website. It should be noted that we will handle with the user's reports as soon as we can and that action, if required, will be taken. I understand that the longer it takes for a report to be processed the longer the perpetrator can continue their violation spree. The reason why it sometimes takes a bit longer for all reports to be processed is because we have to review all of the submitted reports, including false reports. We do get occasional false reports which delay us in our work and that causes us to slow down in checking all the reports. We are trying to counter users that like to submit false reports by taking appropriate action against them and this will of course continue until there are no more. Within TruckersMP we have certain rules that should not allow any type of racing or anything like that to be allowed. We do try to enforce this rule the best we can but of course we don't always see/hear everything. Creating a server specifically for this would be pointless as we would still have to enforce this same rule, which isn't very easy to do without other people reporting the violators. Hello, Thank you for taking your time into submitting your suggestion to us. I have reviewed your suggestion and I've come to the conclusion that I will sadly be rejecting it. The reason why is because we have set the requirement to 50 members as we feel like that is the appropriate amount a VTC should at least have before they can qualify for verification. This is because we have a lot of manual labour when it comes to checking the VTC requirements of each VTC, each month. There is a big difference between having around 60 verified VTC's and 200+ verified VTC's. We do try our best to make validation as attractive to VTC owners as possible but we have to set a limit somewhere. I hope you can understand this. Hello, Thank you for taking your time again into submitting this suggestion to us. This bug is known to us and we do act very harsh on it. According to rule §2.1 we would see this as bug abusing and ban players permanently for it if they are found to be abusing it. So if you want to report someone for it, you'd have to create a website report (or in-game) under the category §2.1 Hacking/Bug abusing. As I said, we are very aware of this bug and still looking into a fix for it, but for now we haven't had any luck finding the exact issue. Sadly the incident that occurred is very rare and we are aware of it. We are still looking into a fix for it. This has nothing really to do with loading a quicksave or loading in, in general, but more the connection of the user. It does happen, but very very rarely, that a user loads in incorrectly because of internet issues from their side. This can cause issues when it comes to collision zones and ghostmode.
