Unshaved Gorilla

Hello Tmp, If I am asking this question in the wrong section then I am really sorry, but I don't know where else to ask. I see in rules that rule §1.2 - Ban Evading - 90 days was changed. It is not clear for me: are players who are banned permanently for ban evading in the past now free to come back? Or the new 90 day rule is for new players? If people can come back I think many ex players will be glad and come again to play Thank you for your answer, Lay
