This isn't necessarily a good idea because you have to remember that applications such as Google Translate or DeepL are not 100% correct meaning that it can end up leading to confusion which can just end up in complete chaos if a message is understood wrong. I like the requirements that are in place and I believe that they should stay in place as they are.

They are able to do it if they implement some sought of mod with it and adjust it accordingly because there’s mods where you can be a passenger already

Personally, I like the looks of the truck it's very detailed and modern. However I'm very disappointed in the performance of the truck it's very bad to the point where I think even the Renault T with the 520hp is better it's quite a shame actually, furthermore it only have 500km of range makes it even worse. I don't electric trucks will have a good future in Euro Truck Simulator 2 because there is a majority of people which do Long Distance Driving

Let's not forget that most rule breakers that get perm banned just ban evade through various methods so I don't see how that could possibly work.

Sadly, yes this is an issue due to the physical distance between Japan and the TruckersMP server's.
You could consider playing on another TruckersMP server like SGP or US then you could see a reduction in your ping, otherwise your ping will remain at over 200 ms. -
Suggestion Name: Passenger Mod
Suggestion Description: Make a player be able to sit as a passenger in someone else's truck.
Any example images: N/A
Why should it be added?: I feel like this should be added because it would make an immersive experience within TruckersMP and would allow for people to drive together in one vehicle where one person can drive and one can relax then later on they can just switch positions. The idea of this is that you go on TAB select the player's vehicle you want to be a passenger in and then you request permission to get in, once your inside the camera would be locked to first person inside the passenger seat and also for there to be an option to switch seat so the players can switch depending on who wants to drive.

My favourite route to do is from Poland to United Kingdom on Promods due to the various countries that you get to pass through. When it comes to the base game though then I really like to go on the Austrian Mountains because of how detailed everything is there.

The amount of time you get the cooldown for should depend on what you got the kick for. For example if your kicked for not having lights on then there shouldn't be a cooldown at all for that, however if it is something like getting kicked for Reckless Driving then there should be 10-20 minute cooldown.

I agree with regarding your last point that you have made.
The user should still have the option to apply and instead the bans should be reviewed when considering the person. Sometimes bans can be obtained without the intention of doing anything bad and can just result from confusion of the rules / mistakes.
Regarding your other points however, whilst I understand it is frustrating with things like this happening, specific reqruitments look for specific timezones only e.g North American or South American Timezones or Asian Timezones whilst some allow all to apply so it just depends on the specific recruitment season.
