  1. Hello @[GER] Hecki, Thanks for your suggestion! We will decline it as we do not consider moving back to a 14-day delay for submitting reports. Have a great day!
  2. Hello @Random_Truck_Driver, Thanks for your suggestion! All punishments, including kicking a user from the server, are subject to the review of a game moderator. We do not believe that implementing a voting system is the right approach. We are currently considering other solutions to improve in-game moderation. For example: Therefore, we will decline your suggestion. Thanks for your understanding!
  3. Hello @Sunstrider, While we understand that mistakes can happen, we do not consider moving in the direction you suggest for recruitment requirements. Thanks for your understanding!
  4. Hello @sportdex, Thanks for your suggestion! In an ideal world, all in-game reports would be reviewed. However, the volume of reports is way too high for this to be feasible. Therefore, we will have to decline your idea. Have a great day!

  6. Hello @Sunstrider, Thanks for your suggestion! In an ideal world, we would have no need for a web reporting system, and reports would be handled directly in-game. However, we do not have the resources to manage all game reports. We would need hundreds of additional moderators to move towards an in-game-only system. This is simply not possible in the foresseable future. Web reports don't expire, so this serves as our fallback to ensure the rule breaches you truly wish to report are addressed. For this reason, we will decline your suggestion. Thanks for your understanding!

  8. Hello @Martin_v8, Thanks for your suggestion! We are currently working on solutions to make the in-game reporting system more efficient and impactful. However, we do not consider implementing a report limit similar to the one that exists for web reports. Therefore, we will decline your suggestion. Have a great day!
  9. Hello @NeonLeon, Thanks for your suggestion! We are currently working on solutions to make the in-game reporting system more efficient and impactful, in order to address more severe rule breaches as soon as they occur. Your suggestion is similar in some ways to a solution that's currently being considered for future trials. Therefore, we're happy to mark it as accepted. Thanks for suggesting fresh ideas to improve TruckersMP!
  10. Hello @Sunstrider, Thanks for your suggestion! There are so many possible and unique scenarios that it is impossible to cover them all in guidelines. If you witness a rule violation that puts other players in danger, you are more than welcome to submit a report. Even if it ends up being declined because the rule breach is not serious enough to issue a ban, you won't lose your reporting rights. Therefore, we will not move forward with your suggestion. Have a great day!

  12. Hello @PennyFG, Thanks for your suggestion! We have decided to decline it as it is very minor and offers no significant benefit. Have a great day!

  14. Hello @FoxxDash, Thanks for your suggestion! We believe all punishable behaviours are well covered by our existing rules, and thus there is no need to add additional rules specifically addressing stream sniping. Therefore, we will not move forward with your idea. Have a great day!

  16. Hello @CuxPlayer, Thanks for your suggestion! While it is interesting, after careful consideration we have decided to decline it. Implementing your idea would require a complete overhaul of our punishment system, with very limited benefits compared to the current system. For this reason, we will not move forward with this suggestion. Thanks for your understanding!

  18. Hello @Interstate Nomad, Thanks for your suggestion! After careful consideration, we have decided to decline it as we do not believe these rules need to be updated. Adding too much detail, even for the sake of clarity, could lead to its own set of issues since we cannot cover all possible scenarios. The rule is written this way on purpose so we can consider potential punishments from various angles, including severity. These rules essentially state that you won't be systematically punished for ignoring signage and speed limits. You may do so at your own discretion, but you are liable to punishment if other users are endangered. Hope this is helpful!
  19. Hello @Sunstrider, Thanks for your suggestion! After careful consideration, we have decided to decline your idea. Implementing it would be extremely difficult, and the benefits are limited. We do not intend to move in that direction. Players who receive punishments are already incentivized not to break rules multiple times. Those who do are subject to more severe punishments, as explained in our [rules](https://truckersmp.com/rules) - §2.8 - How bans are issued. Thanks for your understanding!
