Same problem here. I have already tried to install it as an administrator. (right click run as an administrator) I have also tried to delete it an reinstall it, but that didn't help anything. My steamaccount is public, so that shouldn't be the problem. I have watched the tutorial from squirrel and he said that you have to change something in the beta properties in ETS 2, but I don't know if that could be the problem.
