I don't think this is meaningful. The ban issued by the game moderation team is to let players figure out and correct it. To create more accounts, you need to buy games ETC. It doesn't change anything, it keeps violating the rules.

I think most players like crowded places to meet different people and keep talking. Maybe driving alone can avoid accidents, but its easily make the game boring.

I don't think this increase can affect me； when SCS releases a new DLC, I will buy that, especially maps. Directly, I enjoy this game so I can support that. Price is not important.
