    Generally, I prefer to log into the promods server and have more fun rather than dealing with trolls on the simulation 1 server.

    First of all, we must not forget that this is a game. I think basic game and traffic knowledge is sufficient to be a GM. Things like a driver's license are unnecessary and excessive for a game.
