In my opinion it was a better choice for the reporting system on the website regarding that players where they had 15/20 reports could create more reports and as a result the system on the site became more intense for moderators to handle. But there are also flaws in this decision because many report players correctly and it should be right to increase the limit of reporting. However, I think that this decision was made about a lack of activity of moderators when there are too many reports on the website. For example, the moderators in action are few to check the reports on the website and it becomes unmanageable if the players report 15/20 reports instead of the limit to 10.
