As far as I know, both of you need to have the dlc in order to see the content. For instance, I can put on my truck the led strobes from special transport dlc, but if my friend doesn’t own the DLC he won’t be able too see the leds. Same applies to paintjobs, accessories (daf/scania tunning packs) and I guess Schwarzmuller trailers

Open the crash.log file that must be located in: C:\Users\yourname\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2 Also it will be helpful if you post your game.log here, located on the same route stated before (C:\Users\yourname\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Windows menu, configuration, then click "Security & Updates", in that menu click "Restore", you will see two options, pick the upper one (Restore this PC). Then follow the asistant. Do a backup of everything you want to be saved, ETS2/ATS savegame is not linked to Steam Cloud, so I'd recommend to save it apart. If this doesn't help, I'd recommend you to go to a PC repair center on your city. Good Luck! and sorry for late answer

Can you please do the following thing: [windows] + R ans then type "dxdiag", post the screenshot of that windows here Second step you must do, run a full scan using a LEGIT Anti-virus Third step, open the game.log and (if there's any) crash.log. These are the main things the community needs to help you better
