You can send feedback ticket to Game Moderation Management and ask them if it's okay or not.

I think you can use it. If you check truckersmp rules it says "Negative cargo mass - Using a trailer with a mass lower than 0" is forbidden but I think it's okay if you decrease it to 1 ton.
Also you can check save editing rules:
"Causing extreme lag or game crashes by save editing is not permitted. Extreme lag will not occur from duplicate parts unless the amount is truly excessive. If you save edit to create a very long trailer combination but cannot safely handle it, you are liable to be banned for reckless driving / blocking and recommended to remove the particular mod. If the Game Moderation Management thinks that your modification is not fit for our servers or negatively impact other people, you are liable to be banned until the modification has been removed."

Hello,
First of all you need to update your gpu driver, netframework and directx11 and try again.
If it does not work, try to launch your game with "OpenGL", follow these steps to do that:
1- Open Steam and Launch Euro Truck Simulator 2 (Single Player)
2- After launch ETS2, please select "Launch with OpenGL (64 bit)
3- Then, drive little bit and save your game.
4- Launch TruckersMP as administrator.

One of my friend got this error because of save editing. If you did save editing in that save file it's normal to get this error.

Thank you for the update. I think best weather model is winter mode. I had some issues in download process it solved by changing DNS settings. If you have same issue you can solve it by changing the DNS.
