The time has been locked to 00:00 for the Halloween weekend as mentioned further up, and as the weekend is now over, this should go back to normal very soon.
In regards to your posts needing to be approved, this is the same for everyone, regardless of how long you've been on the forums/how many posts you've made. This just helps keep the forum safe, tidy and organised.

Hello @Flapppy
As stated above by MarkON, you can follow that simple guide on how to fix this common issue.
For future reference, I would recommend using a separate profile for TruckersMP and Single Player. This way you can use one profile on public betas/new updates, and another for when you switch back to a compatible version for TruckersMP.
This will always ensure that you do not encounter this issue going forward
