Add-On Team Recruitment From the 19th of March until the 14th of April, we will be looking for talented individuals to join our Add-On team. About the role: This team is responsible for creating new in-game content for TruckersMP. This can often include modifications such as map edits, custom models, and other modifications. This team also often communicates with other teams, such as the Event Team and Media Team. Core Requirements: The following requirements must be met for us to proceed with your application. Must be at least 16 years old; Must be registered on the TruckersMP website for at least 1 year; Must be familiar with TruckersMP and its rules; Must be sufficiently proficient in written English; Must be able to accept constructive criticism; Must be eager to learn and want to progress your knowledge; Must be organised and adaptive; Must be resilient, active and flexible; Must be able to work within in a team as well as on your own; Must have a forum and Discord account for internal communication; Must have no forum/Discord bans or punishments within the last 12 months; Must have no more than 3 game server bans in the last 24 months; Must have good behaviour across our communication channels; Must have good communication skills. Hard and soft skills that are considered a plus when we consider applications, but are not mandatory requirements: You are a problem solver. Have knowledge about player trends in TruckersMP that would help when planning content. Have prior mod or asset creation experience from games. Specific Qualifications: 3D Modelling Texture Creation Animations using Blender Map editing (using the map editor built into Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator) Units (also known as definition files used by Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator) Strong knowledge of save editing Create sound banks using FMOD Languages: This position does not require any specific language skills, however understandable English is still a requirement as per the Core Requirements. Translation Team Recruitment From the 16th of February until the 9th of March, we will be looking for talented individuals to join our Translation team. About the role: As a Translator, you will translate assets, posts and messages for the community. You will help the community to understand what is going on in TruckersMP by translating articles into your language! You will update, guides, knowledge base articles and the Official Rules. Therefore you will be representing TruckersMP in our language communities. Core Requirements: The following requirements must be met for us to proceed with your application. Support Team Recruitment From the 1st of February until the 14th of February, we will be looking for talented individuals to join our Support team. About the role: As a member of the TruckersMP Support team, you will be in charge of providing assistance to players who have questions about all TruckersMP-related problems on the forums, website and Discord guild. Support team members do this by finding solutions to the user's issues on all platforms, moderating and assisting in the help section on the forum and handling bug reports and editing profiles that violate our rules. Core Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old; Must be registered on the TruckersMP website for at least 1 year; Must be familiar with TruckersMP and its rules; Must be sufficiently proficient in written English; Must be able to accept constructive criticism; Must be eager to learn and want to progress your knowledge; Must be organised and adaptive; Must be resilient, active and flexible; Must be able to work within in a team as well as on your own; Must have a forum and Discord account for internal communication; Must have no forum/Discord bans or punishments within the last 12 months; Must have no more than 3 game server bans in the last 24 months; Must have good behaviour across our communication channels; Must have good communication skills. Specific Qualifications: Technical knowledge: Must have good knowledge of TruckersMP and the most common errors and issues; Willingness to learn: As TruckersMP progresses, there will always be new issues. Must be willing to progress the knowledge to be able to conquer these new issues; Data protection: Having a broad understanding of data protection and how to deal with sensitive information, as the security of our player's confidential information is what matters the most to us; Willingness to help: As assisting players that are in need of help will be your daily responsibility in the Support team, we expect a high level of problem-solving skills and a general willingness to help others. This requires regular helpful activity across our platforms before submitting an application. Languages: Turkish; German; Spanish; Romanian; Russian; Polish; French.
