I was behind him and he could see me in the left mirror. 

You were behind him doing 160, u probably did 100 meters in 5 seconds, and he saw you maybe 3 seconds before u blow by him, if you saw him that doesnt mean he saw you, mirrors are bad in this game, you can barely see guy driving 50m behind you. Saying that he could see you is like, when motorcycle blows by car with at 300km/h, "oh he probably saw me when i was 500m behind him"... drivers like you make veterans quit multiplayer, you didnt touched your brakes before you crashed in him, you didnt even saw that he was doing probably under 50km/h, if you would saw that you could save the situation, but you were driving too fast... The way I see this, you were driving way too fast and he made a u turn on motorway, its 50:50, no ones fault, or everybody fault
