[TL] Dusty

I recently purchased the Inter. Lone Star and upon spawning the truck at my garage in Sacramento I ran into an issue. It spawned a few feet off the ground, fell, took some damage, but didn't fall all the way to the ground. It landed on some sort of invisible surface and floats there unable to move. The wheels spin but don't grab anything. It is essentially floating. I tried going to the service repair but when I spawn there it does the same thing. Cannot drive the truck.
