Hello [CEO] BlackOut,
For what I know and what I have been told the web hooks that are used with the VTC joining things linking through discord are a Verified VTC perk only, there is probably a knowledge article that tells you about it however from what I know it is a verified VTC perk.

Project Cargo VTC are celebrating their one year of being established on the roads of TruckersMP playing Euro Truck Simulator and American Truck Simulator. To celebrate this time with us we would like to invite the TruckersMP community to take part in the celebration of such an amazing success of Project Cargo VTC, with us on Saturday the 16th of January 2021. The celebration consists of a Truck Fest, a convoy and having fun with the TruckersMP community. We have been planning this event for a long time and can't wait for you to come and drive with us, its been a long year but it has been a fun one and we cant wait for another this coming year, we have grown so much in popularity and we feel like an event to celebrate would be the best way to do it.

Event Rules:
We currently do not have an event server. However, if we do the following rules will apply...
- No overtaking is allowed, only event staff may overtake the convoy.
- Only park with VTC's if you are in that VTC, if you are found in a slot that is not yours, you will be asked to move.
- Event staff may drive the wrong way down roads. (Only if it is majorly needed)
- Event staff may block roads to lead the convoy in the correct direction.
- Event staff + Media Team may park outside of map boundaries if needed.
- Double + Triple Trailers are NOT allowed on this event, event staff bypass this rule.
- You must keep 75-100 meters distance from the truck in front of you.
- All drivers must listen to the Event Staff instructions.
- Do not advertise your VTC while at the event.
- Free roaming on the event server is not allowed.
- All other Official TruckersMP rules apply.
