    Hello!

    Thank you for your suggestion!

     

    We will not go foward with this idea due to the fact it has little to add up to the Community. We do value that people have different tastes for music and that is completely understandable, but having a spotify can be done by the user by adding it to their description. Adding it to our Forum would implement different cases that can either be for Spotify image use or sharing of music names that contains inappropriate tittles.

    Thank you for your suggestion!

    We will not bring forward this idea. Reasons for it are that on Support there is already an announcement fixed that sends you to a quick remember for Tickets. The texts can be edited to bring people to more frequently asked questions before anything. The button can be enabled on our Forum, but since we already work with different tools, we will stick to it since it's more profitable.

    We appreciate your suggestion, but this one will not be taken forward. This would open the path for the kind of behavior we do not support, it being used for provoking others, poking issues and starting issues that could be avoided.

    Thank you for your questions!

    In behalf of the Community Moderation Managers:
     

    1. - Whenever possible the moderators' watchful eyes wander through topics and at the same time they check posts, they also observe those whose signature is too big. Keep in mind that we currently have 232933 members on the forum, and the forum moderator team is incredibly small, yet strenuous and persistent in what it does. With this amount of people, and a team of just under 10 people, there is no way to verify person by person, this would be a job in vain since it would take precious time.
     

    2. - 3. - The moderators yes, however not continuously, since there are different things to watch on the forum, and not only signatures, however, if a player spots it and reports it, it is easily caught and the accordingly procedure will be taken in practice. As said previously, the amount of players x the amount of moderators is a backstab. 
     

    4. - Currently we have recruitment on, but we will not make people watch signatures only, it will be taken when spotted, and not hunted. 
     

    5. - Yes. More of this will not be shared due to ISP.
     

    6. - Yes, each step, regardless if signatures seems to be a lower concern than other rule breaks, it still is a rule break, and accordingly procedures will be taken into account, keep in mind that the moderation and management reserve the right to skip a procedure if they deem necessary. 
     

    7. - You answered you're own question. It will be taken into account and dealt with as we face the problem, moderators do not pursue people, nor do they look for reasons to punish.
     

    8. - Said previously, the Community Moderation Team does not chase signatures that break rules. As it is spotted, it is checked. If you spot it, report it, but none of them will sit all day long and hunt up for signatures.

    Tenha em mente que leva um tempo até que um report seja verificado. Não existe prazo fixo, pois depende da demanda que os moderadores enfrentam. Lembre-se que você não é o único que reporta, e que existem filas de espera para serem verificados. Apenas aguarde, pois nenhum é deixado de lado.
