Unfortunately, this functionality isn't possible like it is with other games such as Minecraft, Battlefield. However, the TruckersMP team do a fantastic job keeping centralised servers running. This has clear benefits as it means players get a large place with ample room, slots to play with friends and others. Besides, a private server would introduce a form of competition that may damage the actual mod's popularity and create problems with integrating and swapping servers.
 
Although this may prove a good idea at times, such as for specific events the team has already introduced a server that is available for custom events when they happen to separate normal users from those interested in participating with the event. Unfortunately, I believe both profiles cannot be completely removed/blanked as you'd like but you can amend the pictures, about me, other sections to remove any information you don't wish anyone to see by editing your profile in the settings section, here: https://forum.truckersmp.com/index.php?/settings/

Depends heavily on your internet connection and how much it will be able to cope but certainly shouldn’t be a problem on relatively OK internet. If you can watch YouTube at the same time then I wouldn’t see too much of an issue.

You're in the right place don't worry!
As your game doesn't even load in SP I'd imagine this being a problem with the game itself and not the Multiplayer mod.
 
Have you tried repairing the game or "Verifying the Game Cache" (as I believe steam calls this process?)
An example, below:
Steam Library > Properties > Go to Local files > and click Verify Integrity of Game Cache

 
Have you just started experiencing this issue suddenly? it appears like something has became corrupted since last closing the game unfortunately and it may require a re-install (although I know that's a bit of a pain).

That's one way I'm aware of but it takes a bit of time to setup.

Please don't ask to be unbanned, if you have any problems please open a support ticket, use the appeal system on the TruckersMP.com>My Account>Appeal ban or talk to a Community Manager to look into it if you feel you were banned unfairly.

As mentioned by Creeper t will differ and not be the time that you're necessarily on but the servers time zone which is why you may not be unbanned at the exact same time set
