    Actually, that's not true. I could buy a car at a Kenworth dealership in Phoenix. And it did not require me to own 3 trucks beforehand.

    Does ATS MP not have a scout car available for purchase? I visited a Volvo dealer in Vegas, but was unable to find a scout car. Is it not present?
