Changing sounds / Save game editor

Hi, I was searching for couple of weeks about "How to change the skoda's sounds in ETS2MP", "Save game editor for ETS2". I've got nothing, so, I'm asking here. Please guys, where should I find an tutorial like, to change the sounds for Skoda and replace them with my personal sounds. Then, where I could find an Save Game Editor for ETS2 with an gui? Thanks u all.
