If you do not have your own truck





Solution 1)


Go to My Documents > Euro Truck Simulator 2 and find config.cfg file and:



Change uset g_console to 1



Change uset g_developer to 1







Launch ETS2MP and select your MP profile and when you don't have any cargo/job, press the ` button which will open the console and type
g_force_economy_reset 1

and press ENTER. Then go back to profile screen and select the profile again and a message saying "Game Change detected" should appear which means it worked. Now once you're in, you want to open the console again and type in
g_force_economy_reset 0.

After that, just play and your jobs should be reset. If it occurs again, just complete the whole process again.







If you have your own truck





Solution 1)


Find a parking space and go to sleep (advances time by 8 hours in Singleplayer)





Solution 2)


Quick travel to one of your garages





Solution 3)


Go to sleep or call SOS





Solution 4)


Visit the individual companies and see if they have any jobs (drive over the green icon at the entrance of each company)

Do you have an hired drivers within the game.
 
If so then that could be the cause, hired drivers do work in multiplayer but they work 4x as slowly as the time in MP is slow down.
 
So after a some time they will cash in their jobs and you receive the cash.

Step 1)
Go into your Steam Library, Right click on Euro Truck Simulator selecting 'Properties'

 
Step 2)
Navigate by pressing 'Local Files' tab and clicking 'Browse Local Files'

 
Step 3)
Once the directory opens, copy that directory into your setup as the directory of Euro Truck Simulator 2

 
The directory this shows is where you install the Multiplayer mod as it uses the original ETS2 files to launch and play the game.

Open steam
 
Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2
 
Click "Properties"
 

 
Click "Set Launch Options
 

 
Type in -nointro
 

 
Click okay, then start your game
 
 
Just tested this myself, ETS2 runs without any intro but the mod does, i have added the Multiplayer mod into my steam folder as a "Non-steam game" you can still set launch parameters to it, i set mine to also launch without the intro. I can confirm that this works.
 
EDIT: Bomlife is also correct, adding it into the actual mod properties with achieve the "No Intro".

In-game drivers do work, but the server time is slowed down by roughly -x4 speed, so they will work, but slower than usual.

Jobs from SP into MP can vary, you may notice your job is for example; 24 hours left to be delivered, whereas you take the job onto MP and it shows up as LATE! this is because the jobs are not sync between SP and MP, so the time varies and in some cases (Such as this) the money payout could be altered.

The Resting function is not disabled in multiplayer, but runs at a slower pace than single player.
 
The Fatigue simulation can be turn off via the in game settings, under game play.

Any mods which are not on that list could cause other users in game to crash, meaning you will be banned for it.

Currently, 1.20 is in BETA mode via steam, once the full version has been released (Could be between 1 week to 1 month) it will then be updated into ETS2 MP (this will take up to 3-5 days upon full version release) depending on activity of the multiplayer developers.

Small convoys with participants of 20 or less are of course allowed, as long as you follow the in-game rules.
 
With much larger convoys, for example, whole VTC (Virtual Trucking Company) with 30+ members are exempted from some rules which is quoted below
